2022: Implementation of the Primo RPA platform

In 2022, Marvell KT began introducing the Russian Primo RPA platform as part of its technological independence strategy. The project was a continuation of the course on import substitution and expansion of the internal RPA infrastructure. In October 2022, Marvell KT became the official distributor of the Primo RPA platform, while starting its implementation to automate its own internal processes.

The platform is used to automate recurring activities in purchasing, logistics, finance and support. Robots process applications, work with price lists, form documents, perform reconciliations and update data in accounting systems.

The Primo RPA platform demonstrated functionality comparable to foreign counterparts and became the basis for further scaling of RPA in the company. The implementation took place without technological failures and made it possible to ensure the stability of business processes, continuing the digital transformation of Marvell CT based on Russian solutions. Successfully achieved the goals of the robotization project - to increase efficiency, reduce costs and risks. Several times reduced the processing time of documents, human errors were practically eliminated, and employees switched to more valuable functions. The economic effect is expressed in millions of rubles of savings and increased productivity without expanding the staff.
