The project of automation of MAVIS based on "BITS.STROITELSTVO" is implemented by The First BIT company

The investment construction group of MAVIS companies began the activity in 2006. Internal departments are engaged in contract activity, project development of residential, trade and office real estate. Specialization of the organization - construction of shopping and logistic complexes.

Choosing a Solution

The company management of "MAVIS" made the decision on automation of the activity. Project implementation was entrusted to the First BIT in 2012 for which employees the following tasks were set: automation of accounting and tax accounting in construction company; creation of a full stroke of planning, control, accounting and analysis of the movement of materials; automation of payroll and creation of sheets of a time recording item-by-item; organization of the general information platform and consolidation of the reporting under all company. The first BIT for solving of tasks of the builder offered the checked program tested 17 by summer practice. Wide functionality of the implemented system of "BITS.STROITELSTVO" simplified control of special equipment and motor transport of group.

Result

During the project are successfully implemented and well the main system modules of "BITS.STROITELSTVO" proved to be:

• module "Managerial accounting".

Specialists of the First BIT carried out all project tasks: optimized techniques and mechanisms of conducting budgeting, management accounting and treasury in ISG "MAVIS".
