Furniture retailer 'Lazurite' implemented system of automated management logistics Maxoptra. With its help Lazurite increased efficiency of work with transport the companies and improved quality of planning of delivery. On February 18, 2020 the company reported about it Magenta Technology.

"Lazurite" for February, 2020 is present at 160 cities of the country. In addition to quality of furniture, the company pays much attention to customer service, including, it concerns delivery. Using the solution for logistics management it was required to optimize process of distribution of requests between carriers and to implement a possibility of quality control of delivery.

Connection to service allowed to bring together all stages of logistics management - planning, communications with drivers, control of timeliness of arrival to clients.

Process of preparation for delivery was automated. Maxoptra distributes requests between carriers and plans routes for each of them. Thanks to accounting when planning dimensions of the order, capacity of transport, wishes of clients on delivery time, the high-speed modes it is possible to load optimum each car and to receive a route exact, feasible in actual practice. Also a system automatically generates accompanying documents. As a result of process automation Lazurite reduced planning duration from 3 to 5 o'clock minutes a day.

On mobile devices of the drivers involved in delivery the Maxoptra application was installed. Data on the planned routes and the additional information which helps carrier to reach quicker to the client come to the application and to hand the order.

Use of service allowed to optimize delivery control process. Earlier managers of Lazurite obtained information on the level of service from clients, contacting them by phone. Now information on timeliness of arrival of the driver, deviations from the planned routes and an order of a detour is available on the Plan-Fakt screen.

Further implementation of functionality of Maxoptra will help Lazurite to make delivery even more convenient for the client. So, using automatic SMS notifications which go in day of delivery the company will be able to tell buyers exact arrival time of the driver. It will reduce waiting time and will allow the client to plan more freely the day.
