Maykor-BTE completed in the summer of 2016 the upgrade of own IT infrastructure directed to consolidation in a common information space of all main business processes of the company.
The complete solution created by the company integrates management systems for logistics chains and trade inventories, purchase managements CRM ERP, calculations KPI of employees and Service Desk which existed as the separate automated modules earlier. Thus, in a uniform information field all main business processes – from starting the new transaction before calculation of key performance indicators of service engineers depending on observance are reduced SLA.
Transformation of a management system for logistics chains and trade inventories was one of the most important actions within upgrade. An ERP system for divisions of the Repair center MAYKOR-BTE for Russia, in warehouses on the basis of the system of regulations of consumption which was perfected within several years automatic replenishment of warehouse stocks transportation costs allowed the company to reduce automatic calculation of not reduced remaining balance considerably and to increase flexibility of provision of services.
