New management model is implemented into Meat-processing Plant Pavlovsk Settlement companies

The Meat-processing Plant Pavlovskaya Sloboda LLC company completed the project of creation of new management model by the company using the SAP product ERP.

Tasks

Project objective - creation of a business model of enterprise management of a meat profile which can be transferred to other enterprises located in different regions of the country and to provide control of execution of job responsibilities on places.

Elements

The project included the following components and modules:

• Creation of the balanced scorecard, reflecting strategic objectives of the company and the system of motivation of top managers.
• Reorganization of all operating rooms business of processes of plant using industry best practices, including sales management, production management and quality, warehouse and transport logistics, purchases, accounting and finance.
• System implementation of the integrated sales and operations planning (S&OP), budgetings.
• The development of new model of poperedelny accounting of cost value based on a value creation chain for each type of products.
• Development of the packet of the management reporting including reflecting features of processing of meat.

Job

Start of a system was executed in 3 stages at an interval of one month. The last, most important sector "Sale and shipment" was started on September 1, 2010. Currently in a system closing of the third quarter 2010 is executed.
