The Antegra consulting company completed system deployment "1C: Trade Management 8" in the company of Rus Copper, the company integrator reported on October 24, 2012.
Tasks
The company management of Rus Copper invited Antegra consulting company for implementation of the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product. Before in the company software "1C: Integrated Automation 7.7", but as this platform became outdated was applied, the decision on transfer of sections of accounting, tax accounting and automation of a trading activity on more modern platform is made.
Implementation
In August preproject examination of the used system is conducted.
In September works on implementation of the 11th edition of the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product are begun.
Within the project settings of systems which were required for customer company are made; data transfer from earlier used systems is carried out; training of employees in work with software products of the 1C family is provided.
In the 1C: Trade Management 8 program are configured:
- Purchase planning and sales in different cuts;
- Plan-fact analysis;
- Distribution of cost value of goods;
- The documents "Report of the Commission Agent on Sales" and "Sales of goods and services" of a type "Transfer on the commission" are finished;
- The report Price list in the form approved in our company is developed;
- Work in a warehouse and report generation and so forth is automated.
