The individualized medicine cardinally changes use of diagnostic and biological data for appointment and performing treatment, doing it more preventive, purposeful and effective. Extraction of biomarkers from medical images is the cornerstone of the individualized medicine. Big Data and analytics allow to process and analyze effectively visual biomarkers which are important for early detection of cancer and monitoring of new target methods of treatment of oncology. Our cooperation with Microsoft will allow us to enter these solutions to daily clinical practice, using the global scale of a cloud platform of Azure.[1]
