2019: Start of AI for work with addresses of patients

On June 15, 2019 in the Moscow private clinic JSC Meditsina (clinic of the academician Roytberg) in the test mode the system of artificial intelligence for registration of patients for a research of the positron emission tomography combined with a computer tomography (PET/KT) including according to the program of the compulsory health insurance (CHI) is started in work.

Earlier in Meditsina already began to use artificial intelligence for the description of x-rays, and now started the system of artificial intelligence Sofia for registration of patients for hi-tech researches. The technology core of AI Sofia is constructed based on the linguistic platform of Dialtech LLC company, being the resident Skolkovo. JSC Meditsina hopes for successful development of this direction and prepare Sofia for work on other directions.

Sofia is integrated into a medical information system of clinic that allows it to get on called the medical record and to enter in it all necessary information. If called already is a patient of clinic, Sofia in the automatic mode checks correctness of the available information — about ten parameters. However at the patient an opportunity at any moment of the conversation to switch to the operator remains. At the same time before switching Sofia in the voice mode informs the operator on the transfer reason.

Upon successful making an appointment Sofia sends to the patient of the SMS with a reminder on date and time of record. Sofia also rings round patients with a reminder on making an appointment.

As noted in Meditsina, advantage of artificial intelligence – fast learnability, preserving of a konfidetsialnost and personal data, capability almost completely to replace with itself call center agents. As of June the artificial intelligence of JSC Meditsina Sofia is trained and continuously develops after each dialog.
