The main objectives of this project are automation of management accounting, cash management and budgeting.
The system of management accounting is decided to be constructed on the basis of available modifed standard the configurations "1C: Trade Management 10.3" on the 1C Platform: 8.2, the group providing needs of operational accounting, with implementation of a configuration in it "ITAN: Management Balance 2.4. The subsystem allowed to create managerial postings according to documents of operational accounting. Besides the functionality of UBI gave an opportunity of accounting of non-current assets, the managerial salary, to execute other managerial transactions, to create a financial result, to receive financial statements.
The company made the decision on independent implementation of the ITAN: Management Balance program, with support, if necessary, by specialists of ITAN company.
