In the first quarter 2016 deployment across the nation of a system "the Monolith comes to the end : CRM" for Megapolis Group. Exclusive "turnkey" solution taking into account specifics of business of the tobacco direction of Megapolis Group, including providing "the first support line" is implemented that means support of all companies distributors connected to a system directly by forces of the supplier of the solution.
Within the project which was begun on March 01, 2014, by means of the unrolled functionality of a system "the Monolith: CRM" were automated the following key business processes of the company which is engaged in distribution of tobacco products:
- work of sales representatives on the scheme pre-selling and van-selling;
- collecting, storage, processing of marketing information (merchandising);
- the automated information exchange with distributors (a remaining balance, sales, orders, receivables);
- creation of the reporting;
- integration with CIS the Megalopolis on the basis of SAP (import of master data — the reference book of goods and the reference book by partners).
Solution selection terms
Choice of a system "Monolith: CRM" for the tobacco direction of Megapolis Group was caused by a number of key factors. The project is implemented in 2 stages:
- Pilot project — from March 01, 2014 to June 01, 2014
- System deployment across the nation - from June 01, 2014 to 1 quarter 2016.
Dimension of the project
For March 01, 2016 the implemented solution "the Monolith: CRM" is characterized by the following parameters:
- in a system more than 500 mobile employees — sales agents (from them 160 according to the scheme van-selling, the others according to the scheme pre-selling) and also 80 supervisors work;
- monthly more than 100,000 orders arrive from mobile devices;
- more than 100 distributors and over 200 connection points of gateways are integrated.
