Mekhanika LLC (CargoPrime: WMS)

Specialists "Dialog Information Technologies" completed implementation of the software solution CargoPrime WMS in a warehouse complex of Mekhanika LLC - structural division of Klimat prof Ltd.

By means of the warehouse management system CargoPrime WMS it was succeeded to automate a large warehouse complex with a total area of 8000 sq.m, expected storage of 10000 pallets.

Works on automation consisted of 2 stages:

• Consulting services in the field of logistics;
• Development and deployment of the CargoPrime WMS software product.

The implemented solution allowed to automate work in 3 directions:

• Acceptance and placement whole pallet;
• Acceptance and delivery of the national teams a pallet in places;
• Build process and complete sets of orders for shipment.

System implementation of management of the warehouse CargoPrime WMS allowed to achieve Mekhanika LLC several important goals:

• The passability of a warehouse increased, when preserving high capacity of a warehouse.
• It was succeeded to lower staff costs, thanks to process optimization on acceptance and shipment of goods.
• The number of idle times of personnel decreased and the number of excess work decreased. The volume of overtime work of loaders and storekeepers was reduced.
