On October 1, 2015 the Navicon company integrator and Merz Russia company announced cooperation in the field of consolidation and data analysis.

According to the statement of partners, implementation of the analytical solution Navicon SalesOut in the Russian division of pharmaceutical company Merz will allow her employees to consolidate and analyze the data arriving from participants of distributor network.

The organization of deliveries of large volumes of products requires permanent monitoring of work of distributor network, the analysis of the arriving information on the current and perspective sales. For optimization of this process the company management made the decision - to implement the specialized tool for simultaneous consolidation of the distributor reporting with processing and real-time analysis, including.

The product Navicon SalesOut became such solution.

Project Results

Sergey Golovko, the head of department of strategic planning and the business analysis of Merz Russia, said: "We needed effective solution which could be implemented in short terms and with the minimum costs, without derivation of our employees from their main work and, especially, without forced interruptions in deliveries of products. Navicon SalesOut allows to consolidate information which arrives from our distributors, is frequent in different formats and to analyze it as fast as possible and effectively. We managed to reduce terms of information processing and a labor cost of the employees who are engaged in analytics, and the company management received the tool of the analysis and job evaluation of distributors, efficiency of this or that sales channel".

Use of Navicon SalesOut helped to deploy quickly necessary accounting and analytical tools in the company - two months passed from the moment of the beginning of the project to start in operation. At the same time the customer did not need to distract for system implementation of employees and to introduce basic amendments in the organization of deliveries of products.

For October 1, 2015 in Merz Russia day-to-day running of the solution is conducted.
