2025: Transition to ABS "Finist-Soft"
Finist-Soft has implemented a project to transfer the settlement non-bank credit organization Metallurg to a new automated banking system (ABS) and for four years has been providing it with comprehensive support. Finist-Soft announced this on January 28, 2026.
As a result, RNCO gained a fully automated, predictable, and sustainable IT infrastructure without having to maintain its own IT team.
The project became part of Finist-Soft's strategy to create specialized solutions for non-bank credit institutions. The implementation confirmed the possibility of a quick and seamless transition to a new ABS, taking into account the regulatory requirements of the Bank of Russia and the industry specifics of the RNKO.
Within the framework of the project, Finist-Soft specialists:
- adapted the system to the RNKO format, excluding the credit module and the collateral module;
- optimized forms and algorithms for the formation of mandatory reporting for the Central Bank of the Russian Federation;
- ensured the use of import-independent technologies;
- included the solution in the Register of Russian software.
Additionally, an extended support model was introduced: the company took over the upgrade, system administration and the first user support line. This allowed the customer to reduce operational risks and ensure stable operation without its own IT staff.
As a result of the implementation of RNKO Metallurg:
- retained the usual business processes;
- reduced the proportion of routine operations;
- increased the efficiency of servicing legal entities;
- has a flexible and scalable IT platform.
The developed version of ABS has demonstrated versatility and is already being replicated: the launch of new RNKOs based on the Finist-Soft solution takes up to two weeks.
| As part of process optimization, we implemented techniques that significantly increased the efficiency of the system. As of January 2026, the specialized version of ABS for RNKO is actively replicated and allows you to quickly launch new projects, - said Leonid Rubinovsky, director of Finist-Soft. |
| The choice of an automated banking system is a key factor in the creation of RNKO, since it becomes the core of the entire IT infrastructure. Thanks to the implementation, we reduced the volume of routine operations, improved the quality of customer service and ensured the stable operation of the organization in a new status, "commented Yegor Karasev, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of RNKO Metallurg. |
