The effectiveness of the Metrovagonmash reference line mechanisms is monitored using software - the Production Process Assembly Line Control Module (UPTSL). The system ensures the formation of shift-daily tasks for the workshop workers, control of their implementation, as well as supply management of the equipment and operational control over such indicators of the reference line as rhythm, execution of production plans, provision of parts and personnel.

Real-time online accounting data of the FFS are output to a multi-screen visualization system installed in one of the production workshops of the enterprise. Practice has shown that the current system does not fully meet the requirements for brightness and contrast of the image, as well as viewing angles. In this regard, it was necessary to replace it with a more contrasting, anti-reflective coating. The contractor chose the Kit-Systems system integrator, which had previously implemented a number of large-scale projects commissioned by Metrovagonmash. The integrator's specialists took a number of measurements of the illumination of the enterprise's production workshop and developed a set of requirements for the new solution. As a result, a multimedia system was developed based on LED displays P1.8 a size of 960x480 mm.

Within the framework of the project, the selection, supply and installation of the solution in the original chassis, its connection to the current power system and video controller were carried out. To reduce the cost of the project, new cables were laid in the existing cable line of the enterprise. The included in the solution matrix HDMI 2.0-switch Cypress 8x8 provides image output from various signal sources. Commissioning and testing of the information display in various operating modes were performed. A complete set of as-built documentation, including a structural diagram of the equipment arrangement and a cable logbook, has been handed over to the Customer.

The integrated use of digital tools in production allows you to improve the quality of products, reduce their cost, ensure timely delivery and compliance with labor protection standards.
