Microelectronic Research Institute Progress created archive on the ETLA platform

In May, 2016 Microelectronic Research Institute Progress completed the project on creation of electronic archive of scientific and technical activity on the ETLA platform.

The main requirements to a system were:

• Possibility of creation of any structure of document storage
• Support of any document types
• High reliability of data storage with existence of additional instruments of enciphering of documents
• Protection of a software package against a different type of network attacks
• Existence of tools on independent setup and modification of a system
• Opportunity within one system to create a number of electronic archives
• Fast and painless transition from a system test stage to an operation stage
• Existence of the qualified technical support from the system manufacturer

Project Steps

Specialists of Atlas Soft in cooperation with specialists of institute for the test stage customized a system under solvable tasks. As during system testing the structure of archive was created, users are registered and broken into groups and also cards of documents, reference books, numerators, mechanisms of automatic naming and placement of documents are configured, transition from the test mode to the worker was required.

In May, 2016 transition to the mode of commercial operation with preserving of all practices at a stage of acquaintance with a system was complete. For convenience of work with data different reports in the form of magazines of registration of the entering and outgoing documents are configured.

The organizational and administrative archive which includes storage is as a result created: the entering, outgoing and internal documents of the organization, (agreements, letters, orders, orders, etc.). The electronic archive of design documentation and results of inventory of scientific and technical activity of institute is also created.
