in Joint Credit Bureau (JCB) technological partnership Microsoft with, developed the Analytical Sandbox, a service that allows to banks other credit organizations to gain access to an impersonal array data about the creditworthiness of more than 70 million individual borrowers and more than 2 million legal entities. This was announced on December 11, 2020 by Microsoft. financial Organizations can now independently create their own analytical models and solve their tasks based on the analysis of arrays of the depersonal, information accumulated bureau, data integrated into it and system. SPARK The solution allows you to increase the efficiency of banking processes, audit the operability of procedures, find promising market segments, and identify opportunities for business development.

Using advanced Microsoft Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL DB, etc., the "analytical sandbox" can be deployed in a few minutes, easily administered and has high scalability and security. Financial institutions have access to a secure array of data in which all personal or legal information by which a particular borrower can be identified is replaced by a synthetic ID. Lenders will be able to work with this data using popular languages for analyzing Python, R, SQL data or any open source solution. At the exit, the OKB client can pick up any algorithm, model building report, obtained insight, and so on. The exception is the data itself.

We partnered with Microsoft to create a solution that allows financial institutions to better understand the credit risks of their customers in order to improve the conditions of their products, or to start working with customers about whom they do not have enough information. For example, these may be MFI clients to whom banks are afraid to issue loans at a market rate, since they do not have accumulated default statistics, or small and medium-sized businesses that find it difficult to attract financing. Everyone will win: banks will be able to increase loan portfolios, and their customers will be able to attract financing, and at lower rates. Especially it is important taking into account that the rate on the credits depends on fund-raising cost less, and from exact understanding of credit risks by them - it is more and more.}}

Microsoft encourages the creation of solutions that give competitive advantages to companies in various industries. OKB's "analytical sandbox" is a vivid example of how technology helps to take a new look at the business and transform it thanks to insights obtained from the analysis of information arrays. We see great prospects for the use of the solution by financial organizations and are confident that it will contribute to the development of the lending market in Russia and the financial industry as a whole.}}
