On May 15, 2018 the LWCOM company announced the executed project on creation of the hybrid circuit of work of corporate mail services for Elkom-Elektro company.

Long time a mail service of the customer was the free service Postfix, however with growth of volume of business its reliability and functionality stopped being sufficient for ensuring smooth operation of the company. In free service there was no support of the solution from the producer, there were no means of backup and completely there were no tools for conducting joint work.

Specialists of LWCOM, relying on the customer's wishes, offered the project of implementation of hybrid infrastructure of a mail system based on Exchange Online entering into service Office 365 and local mail servers of the company.

As a result of the executed migration "Elkom-Elektro" had a centralized space for team work of staff of the company allowing to manage all conversations, files and tools from a uniform workplace. Thanks to the built-in security aids and politicians of confidentiality of service Exchange Online the level of protection and availability of corporate data increased. The customer received the services of cloud information storage having functions of disaster recovery, having provided thereby protection against idle times and business losses.

The program of corporate licensing Microsoft CSP made possible for the customer step by step to pass into a cloud, paying necessary quantity of subscriptions in a month, thereby having avoided peak financial load.

According to the results of the executed project the customer received the hybrid solution which is completely satisfying business needs of the enterprise in security, non-failure operation of work and labor productivity of users.[1]
