Milavitsa updated ERP to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3

The Milavitsa company and OntargIT company announced in January, 2016 project completion of automation of maintenance and repair of the equipment based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

Milavitsa uses the solution Microsoft Dynamics AX since 2008. With development of the enterprise sharply there was an issue of updating of the solution according to new priorities and development plans for the company. The best option transition to the modern version of a system - Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 seemed to us. For risk mitigation of the project we made decisions to begin process of transition to the new version of a system from process automation of TORO. Thanks to the maximum use of the technologies put in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, the project is implemented in a short time. At the same time effective use of standard functionality with the minimum completions allowed to provide planned development of the project – transfer of the enterprise on the new version of a system with a possibility of easy transition to future versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX.

In a work progress processes of scheduled and operational repair of the equipment as by own forces, and with involvement of the third-party servicing companies are automated. Accounting of the represented services in hardware maintenance to third parties is automated. Process of management accounting of repairs, including planning and budgeting and also accounting display of transactions according to rules of national accounting is completely automated. The complex of the analytical reporting is configured.

Transition to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 will allow to substitute a set of software products which are used at the enterprise now and to shift their functions in a single system and also to provide information and analytical support of acceptance of management decisions in operational questions and strategic development.
