The military-industrial Bank starts operation of own processing center

The Military-industrial Bank (MIB) launched the processing center implemented on the TranzWare platform and with the assistance of Compass Plus company, the press service of integrator reported on October 26, 2012.

Start

Made the decision on creation of own PTs bank in connection with development of retail business and in view of need to meet the growing and changing requirements of the clients.

Solution

During the project are implemented by specialists of Compass Plus: front office processing TranzWare Online system, back office TranzWare Card Management System system and solution for personalisation of the TranzWare Card Factory cards.

Procedures of data migration from the processing center (PC) of partner bank are developed and performed. Specialists of Compass Plus implemented the file interface with the core banking system UNISAB.

Expectations

Transition to own PTs will allow bank actively and without restrictions to be engaged in business development, to offer to clients even more attractive terms on release and service of bank cards, to develop new products and service offers and also to increase security and to improve service quality according to cards.

Alexey Nikitin, the vice chairman of the board of VPB, noted: "We care for our clients and the purpose of this big implementation project of in-house of processing is – to correspond to current trends in the market of bank cards, to reach the new level of service for holders of cards. And we are not going to be satisfied with what has already been achieved, in the next plans increase in the status in MasterCard payment system to the basic member and start of the loyalty program. We hope that with support of our hi-tech vendor of Compass Plus we will cope with assigned tasks".
