Ministry of Agriculture (Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation) (Qlik Sense)

As a part of the Central information and analytical system of the state information support of agriculture the information system of a BI class based on about 30 unique data sources containing more than 10 thousand different indicators was created. The subsystem of analytics of a FSIS of TsIAS SGIO CX is designed as a part of four modules:

• analytics module;
• reporting module;
• module of data collection;
• integration module.

The main maintenance of the user part of the Subsystem of analytics is the analytics Module which is a set of the interactive analytical applications allowing to conduct visual examination of data. It means that it is possible to create the necessary selections and to find different interrelations, setting "on the fly" different methods of filtering. The module of analytics includes 80 analytical applications including more 380dashbordov and 23,000 indicators and their cuts. The module of analytics is created on the basis of the analytical Qlik Sense platform of production of Qlik company.

The module of the reporting interacts with the module of analytics and is engaged in creation and mailing to subscribers of regular analytical reports in formats PDF PowerPoint, or Excel. Reports are created for heads of departments, subordinated organizations, the regional Ministries of Agriculture and other interested subscribers. The module of the reporting is created based on software Qlik Nprinting which is expansion of the Qlik Sense platform.

The module of data collection is intended for building of data models for further use in the analytics module. For integration with data sources the integration Module which is the full-fledged integration bus of data (ESB) constructed on a stack of the open source was developed and implemented.

The subsystem of analytics has all necessary certified means of information security and is certified for the 2nd class of data protection.

Important advantage of the implemented Subsystem is that in addition to the solution of the "declared" tasks, such as ensuring operational informing employees of the Ministry, including for acceptance of the high-quality management decisions directed to increase in efficiency of activity of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation allows to hold based on Analytical center of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation events of different level using analytical data and visualization in real time, up to "brainstorming" that repeatedly increases the value and the importance of each such action.

The subsystem allows analysts of Analytical center of the Ministry of Agriculture on the basis of the existing data models independently to create new visualization, new analytical applications, without resorting at the same time to services of the developer organization and without spending considerable time resources.
