The Ministry of Agriculture of Tatarstan automates work with the credits for agricultural producers

BARS GROUP company jointly with specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan completed automation of process of subsidizing of loan interest rates for agricultural producers implementing solution "BARS. Rural Economy Subsidizing", the press service of the company reported on July 24, 2013.

Project Background

Agricultural producers of Tatarstan receive a number of subsidies of which largest amount is made by subsidies of loan interest rates. To receive a subsidy representatives of agricultural firms and small farms (country and farmer and personal home farms) regularly address to the ministry. Work became complicated separation of information, as a result - errors in details of physical persons and legal entities, repeated duplication of data.

Project Results

System implementation "BARS. The rural Economy Subsidizing" helped to arrange accounting. All information on subsidies of agricultural producers comes to the single database. Unified registers of receivers of subsidies (by legal entities and physical persons) and loan agreements are maintained.

In the course of formation of the single database reconciliation of the existing information was performed, and incorrect TIN, the incorrect addresses and the duplicated loan agreements were revealed. Now arithmetic and logical check of the arriving data are performed in the automated mode. A system calculates the subsidy size, proceeding from a refunding rate, loan repayment periods and the direction. The procedure for receivers of subsidies became simpler.
