The company "RITS-1C" (g.) Yekaterinburg Carried out work on the automation of the processes of preparation and information of the consolidated statements for 16 subordinate institutions.

For automation, the software product of the company "1C" "1C: Budget Reporting 8" was selected.

The choice of the 1C software product was due to the following reasons: the software product is easily adapted to the specifics of the activities of a particular institution, fully complies with the current legislation.

The Competence Center for Budgetary Accounting in the Sverdlovsk Region was chosen as a partner in the implementation of the software product - the RITS-1S company, which has extensive experience in successful implementations of 1C software products in state institutions. The automation needs and expectations of the 1C software product were fully met. The following works were performed by the employees of RITs-1S:

• Installation of the software product at 27 workplaces;
• Training of users to work with the software product;
• Consulting on the use of the software product.

The 1C: Budget Reporting 8 system allows you to automatically generate reports for delivery to higher authorities.

Thanks to the introduction of the 1C: Budget Reporting 8 software product, the institution was able to monitor the timeliness and completeness of the provision of planned reports, generate consolidated reports with a recalculation of indicators according to any specified rules, and export reporting data in the formats of the Federal Treasury.
