Ministry of Culture (Projects of IT outsourcing)

The JSC Armada company announced in November, 2010 a victory of its child structure in an open competition of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation on "rendering services in development of electronic resources for expansion of opportunities of providing public services of department on the uniform portal of the public and municipal services" to www.gosuslugi.ru

Within this tender, the Ministry is going to implement a task of providing on the portal of public services of an information access from the public library stocks — in the part which is not concerning copyright.

Armada has experience of long-term cooperation with the leading libraries of Russia. So, with the assistance of the company, on the portal of public services interactive service of viewing in which visitors get an information access of the summary directory of libraries of Russia, the Russian state library, National Library of Russia and a number of industry and regional libraries is developed. Also on the portal of public services access to more than 70 thousand full text (scanned) documents which are stored in these libraries is provided.
