2017: Rostelecom will carry out upgrade of an education system in North Ossetia

Rostelecom won in September, 2017 the tender for rendering services in upgrade and maintenance to the automated information systems (AIS) "Completing of the educational institutions implementing the preschool educational program" and "Transfer in the educational organizations" RSO-Alania.

Kirill Bitarov, associate director of the North Ossetian branch PJSC Rostelecom: "Within the project the company step by step upgrades already existing AIS which was implemented by specialists of Rostelecom last year until the end of 2017. The present stage includes updating of the software, technical support, maintenance and system maintenance".

Than helps us with this question AIS? First of all, accelerates process and makes it easier. Plus maximum transparency. A system offers uniform approaches to accounting of number of the children needing providing the place in educational institution. It is automation of accounting of a priority and process of completing. Uniform terms of formation of the register of statements for providing the place in kindergarten decide on its help. And what is very convenient, parents can submit the application for providing the place in educational institution on the Uniform portal of state services online".

On December 16, 2016 PJSC Rostelecom company together with "Дневник.ру" announced completion of work on implementation of the automated information system (AIS) Contingent in RSO-Alania.

Within program implementation Rostelecom and "Дневник.ру" structures of formation of the republic conducted preproject examination, developed and adapted the AIS "Contingent" for needs of the customer as whom the Ministry of Education and Science RSO-Alania acts.

Implementation of the AIS "Contingent" allowed to predict needs of the population of the republic for kindergartens and schools and also will help to consolidate information from already existing information systems. In a system the possibility of maintenance is provided in current status of the register of the educational organizations of preschool, general, secondary professional and additional education of North Ossetia.

"System implementation Contingent will allow to solve priority problems of the state in the field of education informatization. Creation of the unified electronic register of the educational organizations will improve quality of rendering the public and municipal services in electronic form through EPGU and also will facilitate monitoring and data analysis".
