The Ministry of Education and Science RSO-Alania ordered the project of a campus system for school of Beslan

On August 11, 2014 the I-Teco company announced commissioning of a campus system at the high school No. 8 of the city of Beslan implemented by request of the Ministry of Education of Server Ossetia-Alania.

Project Tasks

"For creation of unified information educational environment at the Beslan school No. 8 the card of the pupil became one of key blocks. I can call a system as which developer based on technology of the universal electronic card (UEC) the Russian system integrator "I-Teco" acts with complete confidence reliable and easy-to-work. As soon as the child passes through a school tourniquet, using the electronic card, parents receive the corresponding message — Maxim Aslanidi, the head of information technology of the Ministry of Education of the republic Northern Ossetia-Alania noted. — It is especially convenient for parents of pupils of elementary grades. Obtaining reports on the exact time of an input in school allowed to reduce quantity late".

Project Results

The solution deployed by experts of I-Teco provided automation of accounting of a power supply of the pupils having privileges, access control and timely informing parents on finding of the child in the schoolhouse by means of mailing of SMS notifications.

"For school security and preserving of health of children — not less important tasks, than the direct organization of educational process. Modern technologies using electronic cards allow to resolve effectively the matters both on the scale of municipality, and at the level of the territorial subject of the federation — Igor Kolpakov, the chief of the department of electronic company services of I-Teco told. — The successful completion of the period of pilot operation allows to speak about implementation of the full-function version of a system in educational institution".

As a result of implementation of all parts of a campus system the Ministry of Education of Northern Ossetia-Alania will be received by the personalized accounting of a preferential power supply, administration of school — reports on attendance and substantial increase of the security level.
