The Ministry of Education and Science of the Chechen Republic implements EDMS

On August 21, 2014 the Cognitive Technologies company announced transition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Chechen Republic to an electronic document management system and business process automation "E1 Euphrates".

After comprehensive testing specialists of department of office-work and electronic document management stopped the choice on EDMS "E1 Euphrates".

"In our ministry nearly 50% of permanent members of staff reached age more than 40 years, it is more difficult for them to master computer technologies, than to young specialists, and at the E1 Euphrates program very user-friendly and easy interface thanks to which our employees quickly mastered it, - the specialist of department of office-work and electronic document management Ramzan Kuruyev noted. - Besides a system allows to configure the multifunction section for search of all document types that considerably reduces search time and positively influences completion dates of assigned tasks in general. Positive changes which we expect from use of the program - timely execution of all instructions and tasks. As there are no difficulties with work and use of this program, we, of course, are going to continue cooperation with Cognitive Technologies company".
