and the Government of the Udmurt Republic Russian developer Red Soft"" on June 5, 2024 signed a cooperation agreement. The parties will jointly implement the program import substitution IT in order to strengthen the digital sovereignty of the region.

The first step towards the implementation of the agreement will be the transfer of more than 15 thousand jobs in educational institutions to the operating system Red OS. For educational purposes, the developer provides licenses at no cost.
