Control and auditing bodies automated budget process of the Ulyanovsk region

In December, 2010 the "Budget and Financial Technologies" Company (BFT) together with the Ministry of Finance of the Ulyanovsk region completed the works on implementation of an end-to-end system of automation of activity of control and auditing bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation of "ACC-Budget Control" with seamless integration in the existing solution on automation of budget process of the Ulyanovsk region.

Thanks to system implementation coordination by the Ministry of Finance of the Ulyanovsk region of control and auditing activity of GRBS is significantly facilitated, the efficiency of interaction of bodies of internal financial control when planning control and auditing activity is increased, powers of bodies of financial control in horizontal direction are accurately differentiated (between bodies of state/municipal financial control of a public legal entity), duplication of functions and powers between the coordinating control authority and GRBS is reduced.

Use in operation of the Financial control block of the ACC-Budget Control system will allow users to create as fast as possible as the reporting under control and auditing activity of each of control authorities, and the summary reporting under all control authorities, to carry out internal electronic approvals that much quicker and more effectively than paper document flow, automatically to create all printed forms of the documents relating to planning, carrying out and summing up control actions, and many other things.
