Project prerequisites

Lack of systematization of existing data and insufficient opportunities for their analysis.

Decision

Using the typical functionality of the 1C: Consolidation solution, the following were implemented:

• Accounting of the infrastructure of the fishery complex
• Monitoring of quotas and FBM catch
• Monitoring of the register of fishing fleet vessels
• Formation of regulated reporting
• Forecasting of socio-economic indicators of the RCK QC (fishery complex of the Kamchatka Territory)
• Cartographic support of visualization of infrastructure and indicators of QC RCC
• Subsidizing investment projects

Project results

The system has the possibility of generating more than 40 forms of routine reports containing information about:

• Fisheries Management Organizations
• Composition, structure and dynamics of fishing vessels
• Production facilities
• The amount of the share of quotas for FBR catch (production)
• Catch volumes
• Fishing areas
• Indicators of production and sale of marine and fish products
• Financially-economic tax and performance indicators
• Statistical information
• Number of employees and wages
• Investment projects implemented and implemented
• Formation of various reports for a versatile analysis of the state of the fleet
• The subsystem provides maintenance of business processes related to the issuance of subsidies for the implementation of investment projects.
