2020: Creation of regional segments of FRMR and FRMO

The Netrika company announced on November 17, 2020 project completion on creation of regional segments of the federal registers of health workers (FRHW) and the medical organizations (FRMO) in Murmansk region. The project is implemented based on the MDM solution of the company "by N3. Management of the normative reference information (NRI)".

Project objective – to provide to all information systems involved in process of delivery of health care to residents of Murmansk region, up-to-date and reliable information about health workers and the medical organizations. Updating and validation of these data in the automatic mode - the compulsory provision for correct work of electronic services in the field of health care, such as making an appointment with the doctor, the integrated electronic medical record or data exchange of laboratory researches.

Regional segments of registers FRMO and FRMR were implemented as a part of service of management of the normative reference information of a regional segment of a single state information system in the field of health care of Murmansk region. The software for integration of these systems with a federal Uniform State Health Information System segment and managements of automatic update of data at the regional level is set.

Registers contain relevant data on the medical organizations of the region and their structural divisions, including on infrastructure – buildings, the equipment, the staff list. In addition, registers include information on more than 10 thousand health workers: personal data, data on education, qualifications, certificates and accreditations and also history of a labor activity.

Data exchange with medical information systems, subsystems of GISZ of area and federal services is performed in the protected data network.

The feature of the project is that regional segments of FRMO and FRMR completely repeat structure of adjacent federal master registers and contain the same useful data, but are implemented not as separate subsystems, and within the operating regional service of management of NSI. Information which contains in federal registers of the medical organizations and health workers is used at the solution of many problems of health care at all levels.
