The Ministry of Health of the Amur region develops an electronic document management system and buys licenses

The Ministry of Health of the Amur region made purchase of licenses of an electronic document management system "CASE". Delivery is implemented by Ofis-Dok company, the developer company reported on November 27, 2012.

Tasks

Main objectives of implementation of EDMS which were set before himself by the customer: increase in efficiency of data processing and efficiency of obtaining information, increase in reliability of primary information, gain of control of terms of passing of documents, transfer of passing of documents to an electronic form.

Project

In a work progress specialists of Ofis-Dok company organized jobs of the CASE Enterprise system and a subsystem of notifications and notifications in 62 treatment and prevention facilities located in 30 municipal entities of the Amur region.

All automation objects are connected by computing communications that allowed to ensure functioning of all health sector – the Ministry of Health of the Amur region and its subordinated organizations – in a single system of electronic document management. It, in turn, gave such advantages to management as transparency of passing of documents, end-to-end control of execution of documents, a uniform registration procedure of documents, a possibility of obtaining summary information and analytical information on all health facilities.
