Transfer of activity of regional oncological service to a common information space it is necessary for implementation of a three-level kuration of oncological patients which allows makes full control of treatment, beginning from the organizations of the first level (medical and obstetrical centers, primary oncological offices, the centers of the out-patient oncological help), to the organizations of the third level (specialized regional agencies).

Centralization means that data on the patient who for the first time was registered will be displayed in all profile medical organizations of the region where he would not come. The oncological register of the Saratov region for September, 2019 contains information on 790 doctors having the rights to execution of notifications to inclusion in the register of oncological patients, notifications on making changes, protocols of neglect of ZNO. In 2019 3778 notifications about for the first time the revealed diagnosis are created, the register of cancer patients includes 3004 patients, the protocol of neglect is issued to 1498 patients.

For doctors succession when performing treatment is also organized, operational obtaining information on the conducted diagnostic and laboratory testings and also a possibility of viewing all medical records of the patient made on any sections and departments.
