The national Geographic information system of industrial parks and technoparks of Russia is created (GISIP) for the purpose of simplification of search of the most convenient platforms for implementation of production projects, information visualization about industrial and technoparks of Russia, a current economic environment in regions, a status of their engineering and logistic and industrial infrastructure. [1] The system placed on a specialized Internet resource contains information on objects of industrial infrastructure of the country. A system is presented in the form of the interactive map of Russia to which information on regions and their transport and logistic infrastructure, production sites of industrial parks and technoparks is tied.

The presentation of a system took place at the forum "Industrial Projects in Russia — 2015" which opened in Moscow on July 2. [2]
