Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (base of regulatory legal acts)

The JSC Armada company announced a victory in two tenders of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the direction of creation of the electronic government: maintenance and development of a subsystem "Regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation", and "development and support of the federal register of municipal regulatory legal acts".

A system is the only official base of the legislation in the country which includes all levels — from federal to municipal. Today, more than one and a half million regulatory legal acts — in particular, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Civil and criminal code of the Russian Federation, federal and municipal laws and other documents in electronic form are stored in it. Free access to documents is provided via the Internet to the address zakon.scli.ru, and an internal part of a system automates the basic technology processes of maintaining legal information in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

A system exercises constitutional right of citizens and the organizations on obtaining reliable information about regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation. It allows to improve access for users to information which is contained in the uniform register of regulatory legal acts, provides relevance, completeness and accuracy of the information, creates conditions for monitoring of the legislation, allows to increase transparency of conducting processes on registration of regulatory legal acts, changes to them, the additional data.

The Armada company won tenders on development of a subsystem earlier, created it and put into operation in 2007 — 2009. As a result of a victory in new tenders, Armada will continue development of modules of the software for a subsystem, will put them into operation in divisions of Ministry of Justice on federal and the regional levels, and will also perform support of the solution.
