Centrprogrammsistem will create a system "Infrastructure of space data of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic"

The Centrprogrammsistem company signed in the summer of 2015 the public contract with the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic on rendering services in filling by space data and setup of a system of geospatial ensuring steady management "Infrastructure of space data of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic".

Main objectives of creation of the "Infrastructure of Space Data of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic" system are:

• Formation of the uniform geoinformation space of data for public authorities of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic integrating data of remote sensing of Earth, the cadastral information, departmental subject information.
• Formation of a technology platform for creation of infrastructure of space data of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.
• Information and scientific and analytical support of acceptance of the management decisions connected with development in the social and economic sphere and also spheres of environmental management and the environment of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic
• Increase in effective management of social and economic development of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic
• Improvement of quality of public administration in bodies of the state executive power of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic
• Creation of conditions for development of the information and telecommunication infrastructure meeting the modern requirements and providing satisfaction of information needs and in information exchange of executive authorities of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic and the population.

Filling and setup of a System is performed for the solution of the following departmental tasks of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic:

• Geoinformation accounting and analysis of use of the land plots;
• Increase in efficiency on identification of the free and not used land plots possible for providing to large and young families, young specialists, agricultural producers, including the agriculture organizations, country and farmer and personal subsidiary farms;
• Implementation of operational monitoring of security of large and young families with the land plots for individual housing construction in the territory of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.

The created information resource will promote accomplishment of provisions of the Concept of the state land policy of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic do2020, the defining purpose, the principles and the main directions of state policy of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic in the field of development of the land relations.
