2020: Business One SAP implementation

On June 5, 2020 the MPS-pulingovye sistemy LLC company announced that more than by 5 times reduced time of document handling and preparation of the reporting with SAP Business One. Due to implementation of this system which main settings were implemented in 3 months both all internal processes of the company, and data exchange with external partners were automated. Now all ecosystem of the company is integrated into a common information space. The Nicotech LLC company acted as the partner in implementation.

According to the company, in connection with growth of business before "the Ministry of Railways-pooling systems" there was a task to reduce labor input when conducting document flow. SAP Business One was selected from quality of the platform on which complete accounting, formation and exchange of documents between all participants of process is implemented: pooling operator, company, suppliers of retail networks and retailers. Creation of a single transparent system including promoted the maximum decrease in influence of a human factor, quality improvement of the provided information in the company, synchronization of all data. It in turn allowed to simplify the procedure of reconciliation of data on the movement of a container with partners and also to reduce data exchange time with participants of process.

Regular drawing up reconciliation statements on boxes during monthly billing required a lot of time and human resources that in turn led to errors and extra work with discrepancies. For June, 2020 all these documents form in the automatic mode with correct data. The solution if necessary can be integrated with IT systems of partners, to develop business process automation taking into account specifics of activity of our company. With such platform as SAP Business One it is possible to be engaged active business development and to be sure that IT infrastructure will easily cope with the growing data stream and their fast processing. For June, 2020 based on SAP Business One work with retail chain stores is automated. Further it is going to automate including work with suppliers and also to create a personal account for all clients.
