The following sections are at the moment automated: - registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documents, as to the address of the Ministry, and structural divisions – Departments; - imposing of resolutions and finishing instructions under resolutions to the level of departments; - setting on control. The feature – is replicated the solution for MEDT. In plans: training of 100 users, bringing incoming documents and resolutions to the level of final contractors, start of regulations of approval of agreements, start of stream scanning of correspondence. Solution type: development on the DocsVision platform of special cards for office-work of the ministry (Visual Basic), reference books of a standard application Office-work are used. Integration with systems through web service.
