The SITEK company completed implementation of a BPM system "PiterSoft: Process management" on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.2 in the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities of the Udmurt Republic.

Implementation

Without specialized software product it is difficult to observe the increasing requirements to efficiency and control accuracy and accounting. When choosing a product a leading role wide functionality "played PiterSoft: Process management".

Job

Today are automated as the general management processes (performance of resolutions according to an organization structure, maintaining electronic archive of documents), and financial and allowing (including automatic formation of documents for applicants, the corresponding accounting transactions).

Opinion

According to the chief of the department of finance, financial accounting and the reporting Kuznetsova Lilia Rifkatovna, software product "PiterSoft: Process management" helped with achievement of two difficult compatible purposes – to increase functionality, and not to break a standard configuration of the accounting system at integration. "On the one hand, we aim to make our financial accounting system of the most convenient, with another – we do not want to break a standard configuration as it inevitably leads to problems with further updating and development of functionality. For us also the lack of a psychological barrier at our users is important: they should not develop the new unfamiliar platform, working in one program – we have everything in uniform base".

Objectives

On the next stage integration of a system "PiterSoft is planned : Process management" with worldwide network that will simplify as work of employees with the external organizations for standard tasks, and the organizations in a foreground mode working with divisions of the ministry. In plans of the Ministry also further automation of the regulated processes that will allow to control performing discipline, to reduce labor costs, to increase efficiency and quality of rendering state services.

About the Project

The project manager on implementation "PiterSoft:" from outside SITEK Alexey Lashkaryov notes process management: "It was very interesting to work in this project as there was an opportunity to focus on real needs of the customer, but not on program subtleties. At discussion of process with the customer directly on site in a user mode necessary corrections were made, at the same time it was not necessary to translate in addition a task for developers and to update base".

Completion of works

The PiterSoft company announced on May 30, 2013 project completion on control automation by budgets and indicators on the 1C Platform and "PiterSoft: Process management" in the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities of the Udmurt Republic. Works in the project were performed by SITEK company.

Result

50 jobs are automated. All structural divisions of the ministry are involved in system operation. A new system helped to automate process of approval of budget transactions, input of primary budget data and provided the versatile tool of the reporting allowing to configure online a required type of the reporting under any set of indicators at the same time. Labor costs are significantly reduced and the overall level of data transparency is raised.
