Project Tasks

JSC MZKT is state enterprise. Transition of state bodies of Republic of Belarus to electronic document management became the main reason for implementation of an ECM system. It was in parallel decided to use possibilities of a new system for acceleration of the movement of documents and decrease in time expenditure for work with documents in paper form.

The choice of a system was caused by several factors:

  • availability of the ready-made solution on integration with the system of interdepartmental interaction and partners of Directum in Belarus, ready to accompany this solution;
  • high performance of a system and existence of tools for work with a large number of users;
  • functionality of the module Office which the distributed system of document registration, the system of instructions and control of execution closes all requirements of document flow of the enterprise, for example;
  • possibility of a full-fledged work in the web client.

Project Progress

During the project solutions on management of orders and orders, memos, the entering and outgoing documentation and also the system of interdepartmental document flow were automated.

In addition to the specified solutions, it was necessary to provide integration with a directory service of LDAP correctly to display structure and user groups in EDMS.

Now the system of the Minsk plant of wheel tractors is transferred to industrial use. In Directum 400 users at the same time work. In day users create and register about 300 documents.
