On August 17 the AXELOT company announced the project of complex automation of online store of Mixit company by means of software implementation of "1C: Small Business Management 8 (1S: UNF)".
Project Tasks
The Mixit business project began in 2014. Scales of activity of the company constantly extend and the management of Mixit made the decision - to automate work of online store.

The 1C: Small Business Management software product on the functionality corresponded to requirements of the company. This software solution was spoken well by its low cost and a possibility of rapid implementation. The contractor of the project selected AXELOT company.
Project Progress
The project is executed in three stages.
- the project team of AXELOT started a part of system modules for work with customer orders.
- Softwares integrated "1C: Small Business Management" with the website of the company, courier services (SPSR, IMLogistic, PickPoint) and the 1C: Accounting 3.0 configuration
- finished functionality of the software product regarding the block of sales and production.
Final stage - start of a system in operation.
Feature of the project - need of setup of functionality for sending requests for delivery at the same time in several transport companies.
Project Results
System implementation "1C: Small Business Management" helped to automate activity of online store of Mixit company.
With implementation "1C: Small Business Management", in Mixit company is provided a common information space due to processing of statistical data by orders of buyers and report generation on the basis of this information, elimination of double entry of data on orders on the website and in personal accounts of courier services, information exchange within a system between divisions of the company.
Time necessary on collecting of analytical information and drawing up orders of courier services and also formations of tasks for production was reduced. Accompanying and traveling documentation as a result of system implementation forms automatically, the company management of Mixit quickly receives the relevant reporting under the different indicators of activity necessary for acceptance of management decisions.
