Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed product introduction "BIT: Beauty 8" in "Mjulin Rouge". In a project deliverable it was succeeded to increase quality and to increase service rate of clients.

The beauty shop "Mjulin Rouge" renders hairdresser's and cosmetic services. Beauty specialists and massage therapists help to become even greater to the clients. Besides, the firm offers an opportunity to make the body special, having addressed in a tattoo - salon.

Earlier in the company registered clients manually, regulated accounting was kept in spreadsheets, and control over the material consumption was complicated. Because of the large volume of data accounting was labor-consuming and quite often led to errors, and often and to losses of the company.

The beauty shop appreciates each client therefore it is extremely important to keep account of customer relations. The quality of work with clients was required to raise the companies, to reduce temporary and labor costs by conducting the regulated and management accounting. It was necessary to exclude overstocking of a warehouse and an excessive consumption of materials, to improve the system of assessment of activity of personnel. For solving of tasks of the company it was decided to implement a system "BIT: Beauty 8" as it meets the above-mentioned requirements of the company and has optimal implementation cost. For project implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has experience of automation of the enterprises of the sphere of beauty was selected. Specialists of BIT installed and configured the software product, provided personnel training. In a project deliverable 2 jobs are automated.

Project Results:

  • There was an opportunity to store a contact information about the client, the history of visits, regular customers are traced and discounts are provided to them. There was an opportunity to keep record of clients taking into account loading of masters. All this allowed to increase customer service quality.
  • It is quickly controlled over cash flow and payments. For acceptance of cash there was effective a connection of a fiscal registrar, it allowed to reduce holding time of clients.
  • Thanks to accounting of the nomenclature on storage locations and accounting of the minimum remaining balance of materials it was succeeded to exclude overstocking of a warehouse and an excessive consumption of materials. The reminder on need of purchases of products is configured.
  • There was an opportunity to keep account of the rendered services and sales that allowed to analyze the most perspective directions of salon.
