Qsoft and Modern Transport Technologies Develop GAZ Group Digital Platforms

The Modern Transport Technologies Group (STT Group of Companies) and QSOFT have implemented a joint project to develop the GAZ Group online platforms. This was announced by the latter on September 5, 2022.

GC "STT" sells and serves commercial equipment and transport in 81 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The distributor's assortment includes more than 15,000 items of original spare parts "GAZ" and 1,500 items of spare parts under the g-part brand. The holding's management aims to increase online sales directly from the plant according to the demanded D2C model. This requires a review of the existing IT infrastructure and refinement of the company's digital platforms.

The project touched upon the commercial website of the automaker GAZ Group, azgaz.ru, and included two large blocks of work: improving functionality and updating the site design, as well as automating the HR-lead funnel in the CRM company's system. The QSOFT team redesigned and created additional sections: Production of special equipment, "" Spare parts, HR"- a block with vacancies. Added feedback forms to refine requests for technique and candidate responses. Further, it simplified the processing of HR leads integration by dividing vacancies with the CRM system and portal. HeadHunter In addition to integrations and improvements, QSOFT provided security and support for digital platforms of STT Group of Companies.

As a result of the project, we have simplified the navigation of the site for users, reduced the burden on administrators and HR managers. We achieved an increase in incoming requests for equipment and accelerated the process of processing applications by 90%. HR leads go directly to the customer service of the company, and the site meets the requirements for working according to the changed business model.
