The solution is intended for automation of work with memos in Department of Scientific Research, Educational Department and Administration of the rector. On a table only of one employee in day about several tens memos can lay down. At the same time it is very difficult to check their accomplishment, a lot of time for their search is spent, documents can be lost. All these problems are solved by system implementation of electronic document management in the automated divisions where work with memos is carried out exclusively in electronic form. Further distribution of a system on other divisions and processes is supposed. Number of users: 250 people. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
