The Modern Technologies of Construction Project construction company limited liability company specializes in complex engineering researches for design of the meliorative systems in the field of agriculture. Without engineering researches it is impossible to develop the full project of irrigation of lands therefore services of our company are in demand. In the company there are specialists in the field of geodesy, geology, ecology and hydro-meteorology and also to other work types necessary in for the solution of a task of land reclamation. The firm operates on the market more than 5 years and proved as the reliable and responsible partner.

Conducting project document flow - difficult and complex process. Taking into account the traveling nature of works of specialists, actions for its organization and tracking of each stage were required. All this, required time and human expenditure, it is necessary to consider at what stage there is a project what documentation should be developed on a stage and in what terms. Similar information, it was necessary to collect manually. There was no uniform electronic archive of the project documentation that dragged out process of selection and document handling.

For the choice of a system, addressed specialists of the Company the First BIT Voronezh which demonstrated functionality of program 1C: Document flow also helped to decide on the version and a format of implementation of an information system in the organization. Works on implementation, it was decided to carry out jointly with specialists the First BIT Voronezh. The choice of the partner in automation was caused by the fact that specialists the First BIT have Voronezh experience of project activity and the Company is competence center of 1C on Document flow.

The following works on installation/implementation/training were performed:

• inspection of the existing processes of the company connected with maintaining project researches;
• based on inspection parameters of implementation of required functionality and use of standard systems capabilities are determined;
• during modeling requirements to an automated system were collected and analyzed;
• initial setup of a system according to the requirement of business processes is carried out;
• the rights and interfaces of users are configured;
• training of workers is provided;
• technical support at stages of trial and commercial operation of a system is provided.

As a result of joint work were implemented and the following subsystems are operated for July, 2020:

• project accounting;
• accounting and control of execution of instructions (project tasks);
• Accounting and storage of the project documentation;
• accounting and storage of contractual documentation;
• accounting and storage of primary financial documentation.

The necessary functionality was implemented using standard systems capabilities without additional completions. Further joint work of electronic document management and the system of accounting is planned.
