The Russian IT company Sitronics Group has completed the construction of a modular data processing center for Kuban Credit Bank with an electric capacity of 330 kW. The press service of the company announced this on February 4, 2025.
The data center consists of specially connected containers, which allows you to move the object to other sites if necessary. The machine room is equipped with 26 telecom cabinets with a height of 45U to accommodate active IT equipment.
The vice president of technology at Sitronics Group Aleksei Morozov notes that about 70% of the components in the created modular data centers have been replaced by domestic counterparts, which ensures independence from foreign manufacturers.
The center is equipped with three power supply sources, modular uninterruptible power supply systems with redundancy according to the 2N scheme and a cooling system according to the N + 1 scheme using domestic air conditioners. The fire extinguishing system operates on the basis of halon-125ХП.
Maxim Grechikho, head of the information technology department of Kuban Credit Bank, emphasizes that the new data center will allow the bank to increase the volume of client operations quickly and safely.
Alexander Tulenkov, head of the technical means and communications department of Kuban Credit Bank, points to a high level of reliability of the solutions used that ensure uninterrupted operation of the center even under critical loads in the summer.
Sitronics Group launched the production of modular data centers in 2023 at its own site in the Moscow region. The company specializes in the Prefab segment, the architecture of which allows you to scale the infrastructure to meet the needs of the business in a short time.
Separate premises are organized in the data center: a hall for two operators, an electrical board, an air conditioner, a warehouse and a provider's premises. Monitoring and remote control of network and engineering equipment is carried out using a complex of systems based on MasterSCADA.[1]
