2020: Implementation of an electronic queue
The intelligent system of NEURONIQ was implemented in the Mogilev clinic No. 3 (Republic of Belarus). The Technologies of the Future company reported about it on December 14, 2020.
At the end of fall to Mogilev the clinic expected 850 visits per shift was open. Organization was equipped with the last information technologies: the integrated electronic medical records, electronic recipes, control of arrival and departure of employees with automatic face recognition and the management system for queue (MSQ).
SUO automates process of distribution of patients by doctors, at the expense of it load of registry is reduced. But the main task of a hardware and software system – increase in level of health service: the chaos of citizens is eliminated, the moral and psychological climate in zones of waiting improves and the probability of the conflicts decreases. Besides, reduction of quantity expecting and to decrease in stress loads is promoted by prerecording which can be performed by means of information booths and on the website of the organization.
For convenience of visitors and disposal of additional queues in clinic installed several terminals of registration on different floors. Thanks to integration with a medical information system of organization by means of the touchscreen kiosk patients can browse the available records, print the coupon and also register for survey by any specialist, for passing of medical examination, obtaining recipes or testing.
Over each office LED boards on which number of the visitor called on acceptance is displayed were located. Similar informing is, on the one hand, comfortable conditions for citizens, on the other hand, the worthy working conditions for employees allowing doctors to finish quietly acceptance and to invite the new patient in convenient time.
