1C specialists: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) implemented in car showroom "Monsieur the Frenchman" the software product "of BITS: Management of car service and car showroom 8", installed a set of a specialized retail store equipment, the company integrator reported on March 6, 2013.

Background

Key business processes of the enterprise customer are automated earlier, however there were some sections where owing to industry specifics of firm accounting worked inefficiently and for high-quality execution required additional labor costs. First of all it concerned payroll directly based on work and taking into account individual diagrams. Also the company management wanted to implement the mechanism of accounting of goods on a barcode, to create the base of storage of client data allowing to consolidate a full range of information about visitors (the contacts, the history of relationship and calculations given on the rendered services and so forth) and also to receive a set of ready document forms, including with a possibility of their further changes and completions.

Developers of a product undertook project implementation. In short terms performed installation and tuning of a system, explained to users the principles of its work.

As the accompanying instruments of optimization the client selected a line of a retail store equipment:

  • the scanner for 1D of the Bluetooth Image SYMBOL LI 4278 codes,
  • thermotransfer printer of printing of the ZEBRA TLP 2824 Plus labels,
  • thermotransfer labels of 58 mm x 40 mm.

Result

Thanks to flexible configurations the optimal chains of transactions corresponding to technologies and the number of the involved employees were created.

The customer loyalty raised.

Personnel problems are resolved.

The efficiency of interaction of departments improved.
