Solution

The Conteq company suggested to implement the project on the Microsoft SharePoint platform, having used own development of SED\ESM the DocSpace system. For this reason start of an electronic document management system was performed in short terms – in 1.5 months.

Result

In an electronic document management system of Morinformsistema-Agathe the following document types are implemented:

• The entering and outgoing correspondence;
• Different types of agreements;
• Normative reference documents: job descriptions, provisions, regulations, documents SMK;
• Organizationally – administrative documents: orders, protocols, orders, solutions;
