The Moscow Aviation Institute uses the eDocLib ECM system of EOS Group company in daily work

MAI uses the eDocLib ECM system since December, 2007. Within projects on creation of a modern automated system of higher education institution and the quality management system (QMS) the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) – one of the largest higher education institutions of Russia (more than 2000 teachers and over 16,000 students) – purchased the eDocLib system of EOS Group company.

At the first stage of the project with the help of the eDocLib system work of selection committee of MAI was automated. eDocLib saves and arranges all data on each entrant (afterwards – to the student): from the moment of submission of documents in higher education institution before the termination of educational institution (the statement, copies of documents, performance data and transfers and also other essential data).

Today a system significantly developed and got into all educational processes of higher education institution. Today the eDocLib ESM-system in MAI is the catalogued storage of the diverse documents which are especially scanned with the related registration cards. Documents on projects are stored in the eDocLib ECM system. In this case the card for the project is got, and all documents created in process are attached to it. It is very convenient to watch who and that made.
