NPP Spectec implemented the TRIM EAM system in closed joint stock company "The Moscow brewery

Objectives

The project provides that NPP Spectec will provide to the customer the license to use TRIM for simultaneous operation of 10 users, without restriction of their total quantity registered in the created system. Among users of ISU of a MRO there will be specialists and heads of workshops of a pivoproizvodstvo, pouring and service of operation of Moscow Brewery Ltd.

Objectives

As the contractor of the project, NPP Spectec will execute complete amount of works on implementation and delivery of ISU of a MRO in "turnkey" operation, since development and approval of the project documentation, and finishing with commissioning. As a part of works filling of the database of future system information on the equipment. Also integration of ISU of a MRO with the system of an accounting inventory control and the order of materials and spare parts applied at the Customer is supposed.

For the expired period of NPP Spectec as the contractor of the project, executed complete amount of works on implementation and delivery of ISU of a MRO in "turnkey" operation, since development and approval of the project documentation, certification of the equipment and finishing with balancing and commissioning.

At the moment the MRO ISU database contains about 1400 items of equipment, about 50 thousand spare parts, more than 500 standard works on a MRO (with labor input, necessary resources, etc.), more than 400 documents (instructions, descriptions, regulations, etc.), about 1000 drawings. The main part in the database is made by the equipment of filling lines, but also – the equipment of production of beer, a ventilation system, conditioning, fire extinguishing and also treatment facilities.

The NPP Spectec company as the owner of the exclusive rights and the developer of the software package TRIM ( www.trim.ru), delivered to "The Moscow brewery" the competitive license to use TRIM, for 10 at the same time working users at their unlimited total quantity. Thus, the customer will be able to register as required in the system of new users in that quantity which will be required to it. Organizationally a system covered workshop of pouring, workshop of production and service of operation. In each of these divisions MRO ISU user training is provided, and instructors who will train afterwards by own efforts new users of a system are trained. The instructions regulating these or those transactions in MRO ISU are developed for users. Tunings of chains of creation and approval of purchasing requests of the material resources (MR), with the corresponding warning system of users about events in the course of purchases are performed.

For the purpose of integration of TRIM with an enterprise management system on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the converter providing data exchange between two of these systems was developed. By means of the converter directory synchronization of systems (warehouses, firms, units of measure, currencies, MTR) is performed, and information of these reference books is transferred to TRIM from MS Dynamics NAV. Formation of the order of MTR under repairs should be performed in TRIM, and creation of goods receipt notes on the ordered MTR – in MS Dynamics NAV, with transfer of these delivery notes in TRIM. After use of MTR formation is provided in TRIM of the goods issue slip and act on write-off which are transferred to MS Dynamics NAV. Also by means of the converter synchronization of a remaining balance of the warehouses TRIM and MS Dynamics NAV is performed.

Among the relevant purposes of technical management of Moscow Brewery Ltd – control and cost optimization for repair needs, loss minimization of production because of the idle times caused by hardware failures. In this regard, among priorities which will be solved by means of MRO ISU – formation of the reasonable budget of a MRO on a future period, with distribution by articles and the periods, monitoring of costs with the analysis "plan/fact", registration and the analysis of defects and failures for the purpose of identification of their reasons and the subsequent warning, measurement and monitoring of indicators of reliability.
